How to delete your Captain Seas account, and what happens to your data.

You can delete your Captain Seas account at any time, free of charge. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

In the game

Open Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Accounts with a password confirm with their password. Accounts that sign in with Google confirm by signing in with Google again; where that is not possible in the game, the game sends you to this website to finish.

On this website

Sign in with the button below (with your password, or with Google).
On your profile, go to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't sign in anymore? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, or e-mail support@captain-seas.com from the address of your account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your account: e-mail address, login name, password and linked Google account.
All your pirates on every server, with their ships, items, gold, diamonds, quests and progress.
Your guild memberships. If you were a guild's captain, the captaincy passes to another member; a guild without members is disbanded.

What happens to rewards and purchases

Unclaimed crystals and rewards are forfeited. A claim that is already being paid out is still completed.
Premium subscriptions do not stop automatically. Cancel them in Google Play or the App Store before or after deleting your account.

What we keep

Records of reward payouts and purchases, which we must keep for our financial administration and to prevent fraud. They contain only internal player numbers, amounts and dates — not your name or e-mail address. A wallet address you paid out to also stays on the public blockchain, which we cannot change.
A note that an account with a certain internal number was deleted, when, and why — without any personal data.
